Shipping and Handling:
Your all Natural Pet ships products by UPS within one business day of receiving your order (Monday- Thursday). We ship only to street addresses (NO P.O. Boxes) within the continental USA. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Please e-mail us for those shipping details.

Return Policy:
Pet Food & Treats: Because our food and treats are all natural and have a shorter shelf life, pet foods must be returned unopened within 10 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Non Food Products: We will accept returns of unopened non food products within 3 weeks of purchase.
Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise unless there was a shipping error on our part. If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing, contact us and we will make it right!
PLEASE NOTE:If you ever need to return a product, e-mail us with the reason for the return. We will contact you and provide a return authorization code and shipping instructions. If the item is used or shows wear or damage upon return, we will not be able to give credit for it. We will donate it to a rescue organization on your behalf and you will have the satisfaction of knowing you are helping animals that are less fortunate.
